Refund policy
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products

To initiate a return, contact us at ayaforcosmetics@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us — these returns will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away with photos so we can make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
