Refund policy
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products

To initiate a return, contact us at ayaforcosmetics@gmail.com. If your return is approved, weāll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us ā these returns will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away with photos so we can make it right.
š Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Weāll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
